MIR1-1HG-AS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR1-1HG-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,083 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR1-1HG-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOT1L, KLHL18, and OPA3. Each is linked with MIR1-1HG-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR1-1HG-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-MIR1-1HG-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DOT1L grouped by MIR1-1HG-AS1-low versus MIR1-1HG-AS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR1-1HG-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR1-1HG-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
