The most reproducible MINDY3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1150P, MIR1283-1, and RNU6ATAC29P. Each is linked with MINDY3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MINDY3-to-partner and partner-to-MINDY3 results are reported.
