Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MRGPRX8P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MRGPRX8P expression is associated with patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MRGPRX8P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in PRAD. Additionally, MRGPRX8P RNA expression shows 7,041 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight COAD, and PRAD as cancer lineages where MRGPRX8P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
