MINDY3

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MINDY3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MINDY3 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MINDY3 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MINDY3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LGG show a favorable association.

KIRC, ACC, and CESC are the cancer types where MINDY3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
