MGRN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGRN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,636 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGRN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMAP1, RELN, and PCDHA10. Each is linked with MGRN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGRN1-to-partner and partner-to-MGRN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGRN1 versus GIMAP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGRN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGRN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
