Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,763 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MGA-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR3K, STUB1, and PTPA. Each is linked with MGA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGA-to-partner and partner-to-MGA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLR3K grouped by MGA-low versus MGA-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
