Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD6L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,089 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD6L-associated genes across cancer lineages are ILDR1, CLDN7, and ST14. Each is linked with MFSD6L in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD6L-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD6L results are reported.
