MEX3D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEX3D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 207 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEX3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-84P, RNU6-1228P, and GCSHP1. Each is linked with MEX3D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEX3D-to-partner and partner-to-MEX3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-84P grouped by MEX3D-low versus MEX3D-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEX3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEX3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
