Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,506 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-246P, RPL23AP60, and DUTP5. Each is linked with METTL4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL4-to-partner and partner-to-METTL4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-246P grouped by METTL4-low versus METTL4-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
