The most reproducible MDM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-458P, RPSAP38, and RN7SL804P. Each is linked with MDM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDM4-to-partner and partner-to-MDM4 results are reported.
