MCM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,243 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO5, MCM2, and MCM6. Each is linked with MCM3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM3-to-partner and partner-to-MCM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCM3 versus XPO5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
