MCM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 115 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LALBA, TBL1Y, and OR10A4. Each is linked with MCM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCM3-to-partner and partner-to-MCM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LALBA grouped by MCM3-low versus MCM3-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
