Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,200 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF123P, IGLVIV-53, and RNU6-376P. Each is linked with MCL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCL1-to-partner and partner-to-MCL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF123P grouped by MCL1-low versus MCL1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
