Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBL3P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,519 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MBL3P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMEM30A, PPP2R5E, and SNTB2_S95. Each is linked with MBL3P in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBL3P-to-partner and partner-to-MBL3P results are reported.
