Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MBL3P RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MBL3P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher MBL3P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MBL3P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and ACC show a favorable association.

READ, DLBC, and MESO are the cancer types where MBL3P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
