Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 587 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MBL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF11P2, RN7SL78P, and MIR3666. Each is linked with MBL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBL2-to-partner and partner-to-MBL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF11P2 grouped by MBL2-low versus MBL2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
