Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL78P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL78P expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCS. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL78P is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RN7SL78P RNA expression shows 9,029 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight UCS, BRCA, and UVM as cancer lineages where RN7SL78P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
