Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAT2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,409 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAT2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are JADRR, MIR98, and MIR4748. Each is linked with MAT2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAT2A-to-partner and partner-to-MAT2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JADRR grouped by MAT2A-low versus MAT2A-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAT2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAT2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
