Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAST1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,092 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD1D, GNG3, and NLGN3. Each is linked with MAST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAST1-to-partner and partner-to-MAST1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAST1 versus CD1D in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
