MAS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2C1, OR51G2, and OR52E2. Each is linked with MAS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAS1-to-partner and partner-to-MAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2C1 grouped by MAS1-low versus MAS1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
