MAP3K15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAP3K15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,424 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP3K15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIMA1, SRSF12_S146, and FAM3C. Each is linked with MAP3K15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP3K15-to-partner and partner-to-MAP3K15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAP3K15 versus LIMA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP3K15→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP3K15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
