Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAP3K15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MAP3K15 data layer compared with 10 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher MAP3K15 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAP3K15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and UCS show a favorable association.

KIRP, KIRC, and UCEC are the cancer types where MAP3K15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
