MAP1S

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAP1S mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,431 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAP1S-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOT2, VPS53, and NUTM1. Each is linked with MAP1S in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAP1S-to-partner and partner-to-MAP1S results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOT2 grouped by MAP1S-low versus MAP1S-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAP1S→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAP1S) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
