MAN2B2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAN2B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,599 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN2B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCSK7, TADA2B, and PIGG. Each is linked with MAN2B2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN2B2-to-partner and partner-to-MAN2B2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAN2B2 versus PCSK7 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAN2B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAN2B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
