MAN1A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAN1A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,463 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAN1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are F13A1, COLEC12, and CH25H. Each is linked with MAN1A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAN1A1-to-partner and partner-to-MAN1A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAN1A1 versus F13A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAN1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAN1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
