Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 166 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAK-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G3, EIF3L, and LIPG. Each is linked with MAK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAK-to-partner and partner-to-MAK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G3 grouped by MAK-low versus MAK-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
