Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAD2L1BP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,752 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAD2L1BP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO5, CMTR1, and CDC5L. Each is linked with MAD2L1BP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAD2L1BP-to-partner and partner-to-MAD2L1BP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAD2L1BP versus XPO5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAD2L1BP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAD2L1BP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
