Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAD2L1BP RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MAD2L1BP data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher MAD2L1BP RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAD2L1BP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and MESO show a favorable association.

UVM, KIRC, and ACC are the cancer types where MAD2L1BP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
