MACROH2A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MACROH2A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,479 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACROH2A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN3, LRP3, and APBA2. Each is linked with MACROH2A2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACROH2A2-to-partner and partner-to-MACROH2A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MACROH2A2 versus SEPTIN3 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACROH2A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACROH2A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
