MACIR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACIR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,969 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACIR-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEND6, C10orf55, and MTURN. Each is linked with MACIR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACIR-to-partner and partner-to-MACIR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MACIR versus BEND6 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACIR→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACIR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
