Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,535 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LTF-associated genes across cancer lineages are RDM1P1, RNU6-552P, and RNU6-41P. Each is linked with LTF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTF-to-partner and partner-to-LTF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RDM1P1 grouped by LTF-low versus LTF-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTF→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
