LSM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,224 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM7, SMC4, and CDK1. Each is linked with LSM4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM4-to-partner and partner-to-LSM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LSM4 versus MCM7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
