LSM10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LSM10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LSM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPCS2P2, COX6B1P1, and OR52X1P. Each is linked with LSM10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LSM10-to-partner and partner-to-LSM10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPCS2P2 grouped by LSM10-low versus LSM10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LSM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→LSM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
