Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR51B8P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR51B8P expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR51B8P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, OR51B8P RNA expression shows 6,496 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight COAD, and KIRC as cancer lineages where OR51B8P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
