Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR51B8P RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR51B8P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher OR51B8P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR51B8P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and GBM show a favorable association.

COAD, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where OR51B8P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
