LRRC8C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC8C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,872 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC8C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-52P, NDUFB9P3, and RNU6-949P. Each is linked with LRRC8C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC8C-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC8C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-52P grouped by LRRC8C-low versus LRRC8C-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC8C→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC8C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
