LRRC57

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC57 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 805 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC57-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-166P, HSPE1-MOB4, and COPS8P1. Each is linked with LRRC57 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC57-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC57 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-166P grouped by LRRC57-low versus LRRC57-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC57→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC57) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
