Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC57 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRC57 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LRRC57 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC57 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and GBM show a favorable association.
KIRC, ACC, and HNSC are the cancer types where LRRC57 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
