LRRC43

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC43 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,565 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC43-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548E, TIMM22, and RPS12P15. Each is linked with LRRC43 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC43-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR548E grouped by LRRC43-low versus LRRC43-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC43→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
