Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC43 RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRC43 data layer compared with 10 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LRRC43 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC43 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and KIRP show a favorable association.

KIRC, HNSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where LRRC43 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
