LRRC39

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC39 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,205 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC39-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL21, PRNT, and RNU6-490P. Each is linked with LRRC39 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC39-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL21 grouped by LRRC39-low versus LRRC39-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC39→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
