Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC39 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRC39 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher LRRC39 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC39 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and KIRP show a favorable association.

UVM, BLCA, and CESC are the cancer types where LRRC39 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
