LRPAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRPAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,638 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRPAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMAN2, SDF4, and MRFAP1. Each is linked with LRPAP1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRPAP1-to-partner and partner-to-LRPAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRPAP1 versus LMAN2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRPAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRPAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
