LRP1-AS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP1-AS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,559 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP1-AS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CORO1C, LGALS1_S30, and LRP1. Each is linked with LRP1-AS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP1-AS-to-partner and partner-to-LRP1-AS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRP1-AS versus CORO1C in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP1-AS→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP1-AS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
