Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRP1-AS RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRP1-AS data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LRP1-AS RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRP1-AS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and READ show a favorable association.

KIRC, ACC, and LGG are the cancer types where LRP1-AS RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
