LPP-AS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPP-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,121 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPP-AS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARID3A, TBL1XR1, and DCUN1D1. Each is linked with LPP-AS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPP-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-LPP-AS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LPP-AS2 versus ARID3A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPP-AS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPP-AS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
