Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LPP-AS2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LPP-AS2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LPP-AS2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LPP-AS2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and BRCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, BRCA, and LGG are the cancer types where LPP-AS2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
