LPCAT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LPCAT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPCAT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPAP1, DEFB134, and OR5H8. Each is linked with LPCAT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPCAT4-to-partner and partner-to-LPCAT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPAP1 grouped by LPCAT4-low versus LPCAT4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPCAT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPCAT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
