LMO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMO3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,447 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AB2, DIABLO, and CDCA2. Each is linked with LMO3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMO3-to-partner and partner-to-LMO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AB2 grouped by LMO3-low versus LMO3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
