Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LMLN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,373 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LMLN-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLTF, KISS1R, and ZNF280D. Each is linked with LMLN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMLN-to-partner and partner-to-LMLN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
